3.1 Creating an accountYou may register using your phone number, verified by OTP, or your email address. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account.
3.2 Your responsibilitiesYou are responsible for keeping your account and password secure, as well as for all activity carried out through your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
3.3 Accurate informationYou agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current, and to update it whenever changes occur.

4. Products and Pricing
4.1 Product descriptionsWe make every reasonable effort to present product information and images accurately and completely. However, actual product colours may vary slightly from those shown on your screen due to your device settings.
4.2 PricingAll prices are displayed in Thai baht (THB). DANDY COSMO reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price that applies to your purchase is the price displayed when you confirm your order.
4.3 AvailabilityAll products are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer available alternatives, such as waiting for a restock or receiving a full refund.
5. Orders
5.1 Order confirmationYour order constitutes an offer to purchase. A sales contract is formed once DANDY COSMO confirms the order and proceeds with shipment.
5.2 Order cancellationYou may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our team through LINE Official. If the order has already been shipped, please follow our Returns Policy.
5.3 Pricing or product errorsIf a price or product detail is clearly incorrect, DANDY COSMO reserves the right to cancel the affected order and notify you within 24 hours.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment methodsWe accept the payment methods displayed on our website, including PromptPay, credit and debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), and any other methods made available at checkout.
